The Sword With No Name ( 불꽃처럼 나비처럼 Bulkkotcheoreom Nabicheoreom literally Like Fireworks, Like Butterflies) is a 2009 South Korean film based on a fictionalized account of Empress Myeongseong.
Mu-myeong is a bounty hunter during the Joseon Dynasty. During a mission he sees and falls in love with Min Ja-yeong. Several years pass and now Ja-yeong will become the next queen. Mu-myeong has not forgotten her and enlists himself as a guard of the queen in order to see Ja-yeong more. After she becomes queen and tries to break Korea from its hermit kingdom past, threats against her grow and Mu-myeong tries to protect her.
